Pile of Gravel Confuses DevCorp North

The 49th Ward can't even clean up a small pile of gravel. DevCorp North workers actually preserve it. Alderman Moore ignores it.

Even after the recent snowfalls, the pile remains intact. Bizarrely, DevCorp North prison-release workers carefully plowed around the pile.

The top-left photo was taken on Sept. 29. The other was taken on Dec. 14 and shows the pile still there, under a bit of snow, still a hazard to elderly and handicapped. The pile has been there since the spring. When will it be removed?
