Why, yes, I think he did. That may be appropriate: Alderman Moore and the CTA seem to be as corrupt as any third world county. So Joe musta known what he was talking about. Toni writes: "While Rogers Park CTA stations crumble, current Alderman Joe Moore voted in favor of a $42,350,000 public subsidy from the Central Loop TIF to the downtown SuperStation at Block 37."
